Postdoctoral Fellow, Black Dog Institute
In Australia, Sandersan Onie has worked with UNSW Psychology, the Black Dog Institute, UNSW Grand Challenges, ABC Radio National, as well as the local council and police – primarily in the area of suicide prevention and mental health awareness. In Indonesia, he is working with a range of both private and government organizations including the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the Indonesian Institute of Science under the Ministry of Research, local schools, universities, mental health organizations as well as religious organizations to improve mental health and research. He is also part of a global network of researchers aiming to improve good scientific practice, including raising awareness of open science methods.
