Nutritionist, Scrumptious Science
Catherine Lockley is a Nutritionist, gastronome and Master’s (Research) graduate of the Australian National University. She completed a degree in Food & Nutrition with Charles Sturt University in 2017 and went on to complete a Master’s Degree with commendation at The National Centre for the Public Awareness of Science. Her research is focused on the divide between evidence-based nutrition communication and public adoption of, or adherence to guidelines as well as the impact of hedonic narrative on consumption, hormonal biochemistry and neurogastronomy.
