Media & Comms Manager, ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes

Alvin Stone is Media and Communications Manager at ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes and prior to that the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Systems Science. He led all communication activity for both Centres and is responsible for numerous innovations in this space. Previously, he was an editor with Fairfax and News Corp before working in media communications with WWF-Australia and later as a consultant for energy companies with Primary Communication. He is a regular guest, speaker, and trainer on media and science issues.
