PhD Candidate, RMIT University
I am a PhD student investigating ways to improve strategic communications for threatened species conservation. I have a background in conservation ecology and a passion for effective wildlife management and threatened species conservation. I am interested in transferring knowledge from other disciplines, such as communications, social marketing and public relations, to improve outcomes for both communities and wildlife. I have a particular interest in improving public engagement strategies with so-called “non-charismatic” species, including reptiles, amphibians, rodents, bats, invertebrates, and plants.
