Isabelle Kingsley

Research Associate, Office of the Women in STEM | University of New South Wales

Isabelle Kingsley is a researcher, science communicator and educator. Isabelle started her career as a high school teacher and then worked as a science communicator at museums in Canada and Australia. Isabelle is co-founder and former director of the Sydney Science Festival and Chief Education and Research Officer for a STEM e-learning company—Arludo. Her PhD research measured the impacts of science communication, education and outreach on people’s understanding and perceptions of science. As Research Associate for the Office of the Women in STEM Ambassador, Isabelle conducts research projects investigating gender issues to inform how to drive needed cultural and social change for gender equity in STEM across Australia.
